The Battle of the Bokeh in the 85mm class

Not really a fair fight, but we are comparing the old Canon EF 85mm f/1.8 USM lens with the new Sigma 85mm f/1.4 DG HSM Art lens. The test is done in harsh sun light on the Canon 6D as well as on the Sony A7II camera bodies. Sigma’s MC-11 adapter is used to mount the lenses on the A7.

Is the bokeh worth three and a half times the price and two and a half times the weight?
